The Village has three pools in total, a resort style pool at each end of the complex, offering peaceful and private areas for swimming or a relaxing BBQ.
Conveniently located in the centre of the complex is our 4 lane 25 metre lap pool; perfect to develop or maintain your overall fitness levels.
Each pool has a BBQ and outdoor dining area. Why not meet some friends and cook up some steaks for a burger after a swim once you have finished with your study? These areas are very popular and are a great spot to end off a weekend, any time of the year.
All study and no play can be boring, so why not unwind with a game of tennis or show off your basketball skills with the basketball practice hoop. Have a hit out night or day on our all weather, flood lit, tennis court and basketball practice hoop – racquets and basketballs are available free of charge – or bring your own.
A vending machine is located next to the lap pool and offers a variety of drinks – perfect for an all-night study fest.
The Village offers complimentary Wi-Fi for our residents, which is included in your accommodation. The service is suitable for everyday use such as online study, video streaming and general browsing, and can support up to five devices under your personal username at any time.
Online technical support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If your issue cannot be resolved online, our on-site management team is available to assist with basic troubleshooting and connectivity support.
Your safety is important to us and The Village has been designed to be a safe and supportive place for students to live and study. We have on-site managers who are present at the Village every day and are actively involved in maintaining a safe and well-managed community.
All residents are provided with a dedicated on-site manager contact number for 24 hours, 7 days a week assistance. This allows residents to receive immediate help for lock-outs, noise concerns and urgent maintenance issues such as power outages, water leaks or situations where taps cannot be turned off.
The on-site managers live adjacent to the office and are always close by to provide prompt after-hours assistance and support when required, ensuring The Village remains a safe and secure place to live.
